Return & Refund Policy

At Sapkal Traders, all products are custom-made and manufactured according to the customer's requirements.

Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and production has started.

Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product received in damaged condition.
• Manufacturing defect.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos.

Customized products with customer logos, names, artwork, or special specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
